Use resistance cords for over-speed or resistance training. Develop maximum strength and power for running and change of direction. Each cord is 20’ length. Choose between three types of resistance, light, medium, or heavy. We recommend all three to match each exercise and athlete. When using with a Max Belt it keeps the resistance around the hips or torso. A great training tool that provides resistance and assistance. Use with or without a partner. Without a partner simply hook the end of the cord to any stationary object (football goalpost, chain link fence, racks, etc.) and let the tubing pull you to faster times. Flip around for resistance training.
