• Maximize a player’s repetitions.  Players have the opportunity to enhance footwork, body position, and punch with our w/o a coach present.
• Allows the coach to concentrate on the linemen and not the shield holder.
• Get a daily feel for rushers by working on faster hands, jamming, disrupting moves, and making defenders restart.
• Improve 3, 5, and 7 step drop back protection skills. Work 1 to 5 player on all their sets.
