The Rae Crowther Linear Neck Attachment fits onto all Rae Crowther Racks (Pro, Patriot, Varsity and also fits all competitors racks with 1”1/8 holes with 3” x 3” uprights). The idea is that each athlete can have a “Neck Machine” at each racks. In this regard neck strength can be worked on far more efficiently than if only 1 or 2 machines were present in the weight room. The Neck Attachment has an 8” x 5” foam roller pad for the lifter to press their head against. A lifter can exercise their neck in the forwards, backwards, and side to side planes. The linear arm is connected to a 1” flange bearing for a smooth operation. Strength bands attach to both sides of the attachment and provide resistance in each direction. Optional resistance bands are available for more or less resistance. Total length of attachment is 30”.
