The Swinging Dummy can be used for stiff arm, forearm, collision, and evasion drills. The moving bag makes running through the TBS harder and more realistic. Use with OL’s and DL’s for punching. Crowther uses a special blend of foam to give the bag a dense-life like feel that also keeps the bag durable. Hangs from heavy webbing and chain and is supported by a large metal beam for strength. The bag doesn’t lose its shape. Heavy duty Industrial clasp connects the bag and beam. The Bag is not filled with sand and will not leak. Warranty: 3 year factory warranty.
