Description
The Varsity Double Sided rack is economical and space saving. Like the Half Rack, athletes work outside of the rack and share the center mounted weight horns. The uprights are made from 11 gauge structural steel tubing with lasered number spacing. Two sets of bar catches per rack. The bar catches are adjustable on 2” centers. Two chin bars are standard on each rack, a straight 13/8” diameter bar and a 2” fat bar. Standard are 10 zinc coated weight horns. Each rack includes 2 sets of 29” safety bars. Each rack comes predrilled for the optional band attachments. An optional lifting platform(s) connects directly to the rack. The platform is large enough (8’ W x 6’ L) for Olympic lifts, agility drills, and body weight exercises. All platforms use modular rubber tiles. The rubber tiles feel terrific under the feet and they are excellent absorbers of plates and noise. Virtually no maintenance is required.
